poe2filter.com - A PoE 2 custom loot filter generation website

Merry Christmas everyone!

In the section with gear bases there are some missing items. For example body armour with Arm/ES there is no Corvus Mantle (base for Sacrosanctum).

This item is not in game. There is few bases, that is in game files, but they never drop

But what is with the unique Sacrosanctum? It has the base Corvus Mantle and is obtainable ingame.
Why are the tiers still backward?

As far as I know, Corvus Mantle can't drop as non-unique. Trade confirms this. You might have seen it on poe2db.tw, but they also include these kinds of drop disabled items.

What do you mean?

Infinitely better than filterblade imo (sorry neversink, but that site is horrid & borderline unusable).

However i'm not gonna lie, its kinda confusing, the presets are really nice, but it feels like there's 5-6 different sections that all do the same thing?

All i want to do, is hide all gear drops except level-appropriate ones for my class/build, and maybe an exception to always show specific crafting bases (like for instance, my current char needs withered wands for crafting, where tf do i even add this? i just manually wrote it at the top of the file...), literally everything else should be hidden, except flasks, which should be dynamic (as they seem to be by default), why is this so hard?

Never been a fan of tier lists, they make no sense at all when you play SSF, i couldn't care less how much an item is worth, all i care about is can i use it!

Also, needing to download 5-6 different versions of the same filter for each class?.... (act1, act3, 55+, 70+ etc)

Kinda feels like i gotta write my own before i can even play, and that's a LOT of stuff to copy/paste & sort from poedb, and wish me luck when an update changes/adds items >.<

the filter hid Greater Aug/trans orbs but it should't
Not sure if it's intentional, but when going through the presets for Ranger, the filters for the bow/quiver/armour is unchecked by default. I've not tried this with the other classes.
Hide all remaining non-unique gear is also selected, so I am pretty certain that by default the preset ranger filter will just hide all armour/bows/quivers regardless of if they're any good for you.

Auto-scaling Leveling Gear should always be on for the first 2 presets. The third preset switches to the 'My Equipment' section. (Reminds me though that if a user would deselect the Leveling Gear, I should enable the 'My Equipment' filters instead.

They only would on the 'Late-Game' Tiering Mode -- by then I think it's fine; you should easily be able to afford them in bulk by then, no?

Oops, that shouldn't be the case :D Indeed there sort of is duplication between the 'Auto-scaling Leveling Gear' and the 'My Equipment' filters. Those serve totally the same function; but in sort of a different way; you have either option. I could probably make that even more obvious in the tutorial.

This should definitely be covered by the Auto-scaling Leveling Gear.

Could you explain me your use case; why you only care about Withered wands? I thought that most casters don't care much about the actual base type -- much more about mods -- which is why caster weapons (and quivers) already get a different treatment than regular gear -- which is that they mostly all get shown. If there's a different common use case, I'll need to add better off-the-shelf support for that indeed! Currently, once in (late) endgame, the idea is that on the Gear Tier List, you just keep only the base types you still care about in the 'Elite' tier.

Or you just create a custom rule, of course.

I am trying to create the filter I wish existed in-game. I'm always interested in hearing which use cases aren't yet well-covered and need improving; so your feedback is very valuable!

I recently switched over to your filters and liking them. I'm seeing this warning on the changelog though:

"There were changes to Currency or Unique values and tiers since your last visit. Since your're playing SSF you are presumably not interested. Change your Tiering Mode to anything but 'SSF' to view the changes."

I have SSF switched off, but seeing this. Is this just a display bug?

--Edit--

I think I see the problem, the first three presets (up to the level 70 one) are using the SSF currency tier. Is that intentional?

Correct, and indeed, intentional: while playing through the campaign, you wouldn't want to accidently hide all Orbs of Transmutations etc which would quickly get hidden in the other Tiering modes. If you feel like you're starting to see too much currency, or tiered too high, you can always change the Tiering Mode.
