poe2filter.com - A PoE 2 custom loot filter generation website
Changes made to visibility (unchecking "Hidden" checkbox) of different tiers of currency/div cards in the "Tier Lists" tab are lost when changing between different tabs ie. swapping between div card list and currency list will reset any tiers that have been hidden/shown.
Edit: I now realize that hiding/showing Tier C in Currency will also apply the same setting for every other tab in the Tier List. Is this the expected behaviour? I was trying to show more currency and less div cards in a sweeping fashion using the tier list instead of mass adding via custom rule. Aha, I was just going to reply what you're mentioning in your edit!
Indeed Currency and Div Cards share the same tiers and style. It's already on the todo list to use a different 'top tier label style' for div cards; that will probably come in a few days. I might have to create entirely new tiers for that; in that case, I could also change the amount of tiers and/or cutoff points. But what I'm guessing is the real problem is that the most common Div Cards are unrealistically listed as costing 1c on the trade website and thus on poe.ninja where I get my prices. What I'll do is manually move all low-value Div Cards to a lower tier; ignoring their price on trade. I'll base myself on NeverSink's lists. I see he doesn't list them explicitly, he has a catch-all, so I'll need to fiddle a bit to construct the actual list, but that shouldn't be too hard. Should be live in a bit :). Hotfix v0.9.100c: Low-value Divination Cards are now manually given a lower value than the false 1c they go for on the trade website, so that they appear in lower tiers. Late-game, you may want to hide the entire Currency & Divination Card D-Tier, which would hide all of these low-value cards (thanks UmiSonodaIsBestGirl).

The terms used to categorize items like 'advanced,' 'expert,' etc., seem to no longer be in use for current seasons, right? I haven't found out what the new naming convention for item tiers is.

The Path of Exile games don't have names for these tiers. The only way to consider them as 'tiers' is that the same artwork is reused a second and then third time. In PoE2 indeed they used 'Advanced' and 'Expert' for these tiers, but later replaced them with completely different base type names. I added 'Elite' as an extra tier with only the best Expert gear. I stuck with these names (and used 'Basic' for the first, a term which fits well before 'Advanced'). I like using different sets of names for different types of tiers: these for the base type tiers; letters for the default/currency tiers, and then 'Excellent/Good/Potential' for the unique and chance base tiers.

PoE2: New Uniques Tiering System, Changed Economy Tiers Overview, Economy Update - v0.9.103 - 23/06/2025
- Unique items are now also tiered by Base Type, like Chance Bases. For more info, refer to the full release notes. - From now on, when we did an economy update and items have moved between tiers, you'll get an overview of the changes since your last visit. - You can now choose not to highlight large Gold stacks, or change their Highlight style. - Added effects metadata of all Flasks. - Whether or not you play SSF is now also stored in your filter, and can influence presets in the future. - Improved the (?) tooltips for the 'SSF' and 'Change Top-Tier Label Styles' options on the Progress Presets. The latter now includes an example. - General tyding up of the generated filter output: removed redundant Rarity filters and redundant clauses for 'Hide' rules. - Made some additions, fixes and clarifications to the Tutorial texts, e.g. explaining the Basic/Advanced/Expert/Elite Gear Base Type Tiers. ![]() ![]() Author of https://poe2filter.com and https://poe1filter.com - Path of Exile 1 & 2 Custom Filter Generators

PoE1: Stacked Currency Settings, Favourite Maps - v0.9.104 - 25/06/2025
- You can now tweak the thresholds for when stacks of currency are promoted by one or two tiers; which currency you never want to promote; and whether or not you want to treat hidden currency differently. The Progress Presets have been given sensible defaults. - On the Currency Tier List tab, you can now more easily send currency to the 'Hidden' tier by clicking on the 'hide' icon that appears when you hover over it. - You can now specify your 'Favourite Maps'; which will be highlighted as B-Tier (Orange). If you do, non-Favourite T16 maps will only be highlighted as D-Tier (White). - 6-Socketed Gear has moved from the Highlights section to the 'Leveling & Recipe Exceptions' section, where it probably belongs more, since you'll quickly want to disable this once more Jeweller's Orbs start to drop. Adjusted Presets. - You can now select multiple Gear Types in the Weapons & Armour Exceptions Quick Filters. This should vastly reduce the number of Exception lines you need. We have not migrated these rules, since it would be complex and not straightforward, especially in cases with 'All' types and overlap between rules. Class presets however have been adjusted. - Promoted the following weapons to Elite tier: Apex Cleaver, Fleshripper, Void Axe, Solarine Bow, Maraketh Bow, Harbinger Bow, Imperial Bow, Assassin Bow, Royal Axe, Runic Hatchet, Psychotic Axe, Tiger Hook, Midnight Blade, Anarchic Spiritblade, Pneumatic Dagger, Sai, Behemoth Mace, Boom Mace, Infernal Blade, Vaal Greatsword, Infernal Sword, Exquisite Blade, Banishing Blade, Maelström Staff, Judgement Staff, Eventuality Rod, Spike-Point Arrow Quiver, Primal Arrow Quiver - Added a Highlight option for Synthesised items. - Added a 'Ward' defence type in the Advanced Conditions of Custom (Cosmetic) Rules (thanks Spriggs). - Veiled, Fractured and Synthesised Jewellery will now no longer get hidden with your Jewellery filters (thanks Wille). ![]() ![]() Author of https://poe2filter.com and https://poe1filter.com - Path of Exile 1 & 2 Custom Filter Generators Last edited by BlackDeathBE#0559 on Jun 25, 2025, 7:55:12 AM
