Changing Character Name in POE2

I do hope this hasn't been forgotten about, each league making a name is more difficult and I don't want to lose the ones I managed to snag for existing characters.

i know this worked last league, i used it to change a character name, but it doesn't seem to be working any more. i only see my poe 1 characters
