Same goes for me too, I can't get the drop even after resetting the map :S

I can't get the drop from Balbala, it keeps on bugging even if I reset the map I tried now over 100 times!

Same for me and I cant do endgame coz of this bug. It says I need to complete all campagne quest to do endgame but it doesnt work.
