When Will the Issue with Early Access Be Addressed?

It has been two months since I made my inquiry, but I have yet to receive a proper response from the support representative.

Can I assume that they have abandoned their job at this point?
It has now been six months since I first contacted you.

Aside from being asked for some basic account information, I have been completely ignored.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I will no longer be using your services in the future.

I Am also dealing with the same thing, GGG stole money I paid for points and has not helped me for 6 months as well.

We need to start making this a much larger issue on social media as well. The truth needs to come out, the amount of posts I've seen for many months means GGG has essentially failed to deliver on likely many thousands of dollars across probably many many accounts and this is possibly a much larger legal issue at this point.
