POE 2 Mercenary Crossbow reload issues

It is unbelievable that they haven't fixed this bug yet. I keep dying on some certain bosses because they attack faster than double reload animation that is caused by dodge roll before reloading. Usually I find myself just rolling around until the boss takes a short break between its different attacks so I can actually reload the crossbow.

It is just frustrating and disappointing.

Also to the person who thinks it is not a bug, then what is it? A feature? It definitely is a bug that causes your attacks to be stuck for at least 3-4 seconds, which is too long for such a fast paced game.
