Block chance

Hello guys. I am bit confused here.
I had 55% on the shield UI on the character panel. I put another passive for +5% block chance and the shield only grew to 57% ? Isnt it flat %? Last bumped on Dec 13, 2024, 4:04:37 PM

no it's % of the shield's % now
so if your shield is 50% 10% of 50% is 5% |
