Trying to link xbox and PC accoutn and use the one time merge.

It's been months without a reply. I guess I'm not getting the help on this after all. I have lost all confidence in their support team being able to do anything at all if something else goes wrong. Looks like I'm done spending moeny with them at this point. I'll still play the game but until I feel confident they even remotely care about trying to resolve the issues I'm done supporting them.
I'm still waiting too. It has been over 3 months now still in the same place as i was on November 21st 2024. No further progress has been done no emails asking anything just nothing. I did make a post asking support if i was still in the "queue" on February 8th they confirmed i was. So i guess that's a plus but how far i was away or close is still unknown.

As far as I can see they have absolutely no way to tell if you're "in queue" as they do not actually have a queue. It seems like they're working directly out of an inbox with no ticketing system.
