Yes, I believe any skill you have socketed twice in this way still share cooldowns.

I think Quality on the Ice Wall makes it recharge faster so 20%ing both Walls is pretty important.

One thing to remember is you may want to actually turn off the "Cast on Freeze" if you're going into a boss fight, I've got enough Spirit I swap over to Blasphemy Conductivity to get even more DPS.

Otherwise you should still be able to Ice Wall against rares most of the time.

It should absolutely work, but we also get a lot of value out of cast speed so it's probably not ideal. Maybe paired with Unleash, since you tend to do a bit slower but more powerful casts? Not sure.

to the left you got a jewel socket near Repulsion, you can replace the points you use there, to get 2 jewels instead.
Use jewel socket near Final Barrage and second one near the cold nodes


So, the only reason that node to the far left is taken, is for the 2nd weapon set passive points which acquire the repulsion/reverb nodes. This makes our curses and sigil have way bigger AoE. Aside from that, I recently put points into Desensitization for crit in the build.

But I do see what you were saying, it looked like dead points. Tree/build is completely up to date as of today (1/5/25)

All those nodes in green are weapon set 2 points that if you're playing this build, you need to learn how to do. Really good quality of life for the curse/sigil.

How can you run Cast on Shock (60 Spirit) , Cast on Freeze (60 Spirit), Archmage (100 Spirit), Arctic Armour (30 Spirit) and Blink (60 Spirit). Are there 2 Setups, 1 for Bosses and 1 for Mapping or what am i missing here?

Yeah basically. Different variations/versions of the build and whatever you the player prefers.

CoF was great with the gloves/freeze version (more early/mid game). CoS is better with the most recent version which does better with single target/bosses that have millions of HP (more late game).

Blink is explained in the notes of the guide. It requires weapon swap, but there's no beating having the ability to blink!

This guide is really confusing. You are using many support gems twice or more, for example Orb of Storms, Ball Lightning and Frost Bomb share some Supports. Is there are more detailed "guide" or explanation or what where you refering to your guide?

Moba doesn't do a great job to give you the ability to section off your thoughts/build ideas. No offense, but if you're playing this build and following 45+ pages into a thread, you should know the basics of the build by now.

Of course you can't use multiple of the same support gems, they're suggestions and options. It's been mentioned multiple times in here and in the notes of that guide, (no matter how confusing it may be) why I've listed multiple skills.

I am trying to read back the note, couldnt find where to activate blink.

Could you kindly point me to where?

As I have 197 spirit atm. Really want to have blink
Hard to gather some quotes of things I want to respond to but...

@Zephryl regarding chaos trials and fourth ascendency: The trials themselves I found pretty easy with this build and a bit fun. I would say the biggest struggle is the trialmaster's physical damage, which nearly 5k mana would be decimated by if I didn't dodge it. And with all the screensplashing from fireball, it is easy to miss visual cues in fights.

@mana issues regarding fireball or curses:
I recommend not leveling your conduit above lvl 11 (7 preferably). The benefit is not humongous and it takes away the crazy amount of mana the skill consumes when linked to hex, etc. For fireball, if I run inspiration, everything is fine. I am trying to get a 100% mana regen ring and see if I can swap it out for faster projectiles though.

My big issue right now is that I still haven't upgraded my wand, which is +5 to FIRE skills, making fireball hands down my biggest dps skill even against bosses. I really want a +4 to all skills so I can see the strengths of this build against bosses with frost wall/bomb.
