Feedback - mostly controller related

many issue could be avoid with just an hybrid mode wich let you use both controller and mouse/keyboard. I'm rly baffled that it is not the case and it certainly have to be for the release.

all your point are totaly valid, i would add that they need to tweak all skills that need "ground targeting" like leap slam or whatever cause they just feel rly bad to use.

If this is a bug, it's been in the game for 2 years, maybe more.

It's a bug, and all the other controller bugs will be assigned the same priority as this one, I don't hold it much hope that anything is going to change

17: You cannot hover over weapon swap passives to see which ones you're missing/where to get them in the passive tree because you need a mouse to be able to hover over that part of the screen.

18: You cannot zoom the game camera in or out at all.

re:18, weren't we able to use the mouse scroll to zoom in/out in poe1, or am I thinking of Diablo? It's very odd indeed that there's limited mouse usage but zooming isn't part of it nor otherwise possible in any which way.

In any case they have already confirmed that they're working on simultaneous inputs, so all those issues should be solved soon. I'll add 17 to the list since 18 will be fixed with the input changes.

19: there is the option to aim and place skills (for example grenades) if you hold the button pressed and aim with the right analog stick, please make it so the game remembers my last input so i can preset the distance i want to cast that skill because in combat there is no time to hold a button pressed for a second and select the placement every time i use it, in that time you are already surrounded and almost dead.

Will incorporate this into 18 as "please add the option to customise/preset a skills casting or throwing distance"

They have thankfully already confirmed that a hybrid mode is coming that lets you utilise both input methods, probably similar to how diablo 4 does it where touching one or the other instantaneously swaps input methods but does not let you play the game utilising both at the same time somehow.

Yup, atleast in poe1 we had the ability to force some skills like leap slam to always cast at max distance.
Some way of turning on/ off drops via controller option would be nice
