Big bug on Acto 2 Cruel "Search Traitor´s Passage"

Big bug in the second ascension "Search Traitor´s Passage". It turns out I can't do that quest in any way. I don't remember the order in which I did the quests of Act 2 in Cruel difficulty but I can no longer travel with the Desert Map to Traitor´s Passage and when I go through wp the mission remains the same, nothing changes, I have done the map 4 times and I have killed the boss that is supposed to throw the key to go to the trial and the mission remains the same, the status of it doesn't change. I have tried to go to the wp of the level 32 trial in normal and do it with the cruel key but once the trial is finished it doesn't give me the two points for the ascension... I don't know what to do anymore!
