" So you just here to spit your poison toxic gyu ? Well then it better be a newbee in this game then shit like you. |

NGL I completed t12 maps and have not found a single guardian or other sort of pinnacle endgame content that I am used to from PoE1.
The progression is cool at first, but gets really boring real fast. Ontop of not letting you do your favourite map designs with scarabs you choose to run. You now have to take whatever map they offer you ontop of not being able to choose the content you want to run, unless it is on that field. And yes, I use tablets to juice... many. I felt so bad about endgame progression not leading anywhere except mindnumbing grind (8k hours poe1 btw and not skipped a league since 3.3), I decided to look online for answers/opinions about endgame and found this thread as top google result. Tbf... I give this game a potential 9/10 but currently its a 6/10 at best with how unfun the endgame is. Some things need serious fixing to make the endgame less ass (aside from lack of content): 1. Remove the function for monsters to push you around until it doesnt feel bad anymore. The animations cant keep up with the push motion and thus you end up moving like you had a lag spike. Terrible. 2. Drowning Bubbles are terrible. The reaction time required, the slow initiated and the unforgiving punishment in bad luck moments. I had a situation where I died to it cause monsters unluckily pushed me back into it TWICE in succession. 0/10 mechanic, would prefer it gone entirely. It's fine in the Eater fight, but I don't want to live under constant stress during maps. 3. Map Boss variety is lame af. I've seen swamp doedre like 50 times along with maybe 2 other bosses that also frequent quite often and thats about it. What about all those campaign bosses? Or maybe I am just unlucky af. 4. Idk about you guys, but Map Design feels mostly terrible for me. Sandspit, Savannah and Forge are good maps, the rest is just annoying shit where you get stuck on every little rock lying on the ground. Good pathing? Who cares if can't even move 2 meters without getting bodyblocked, pushed and then stuck on the next tree. As nice as they are visually intended, if they are cluttered with rubbish that makes you stuck every time, even eye candy will look like trash to me. I'd rather have a map like strand as every design where there is no obstacle in the way of me and my enemies. Also, please don't make terrain look traversable if its not. I tried to leap slam/run into many walls that looked like a continuation of terrain just to get stuck and killed cause it was actually a wall on the minimap. 5. More a plea than anything: fix multiplayer. Endgame multiplayer is only fun for Empyrean and his gang. Why even introduce a cool ally revival function during campaign that has an adequate opportunity cost of making yourself vulnerable for a certain amount of time, just to take it away again in endgame and make multiplayer feel even less worthwhile doing than in poe1? Wasn't Poe2 finally the gateway to improve multiplayer accessibility? Too OP? Limit it to maybe 1 revive in maps or revive and get broken armour or some shit while reviving. Will try to find any kind of pinnacle boss still, but I am already on the edge of boredom. No Challenges, no Pinnacle Guardians/Bosses, No Voidstones... just literally no feel of progression in endgame atm. Arian Synthesis of G3 Last edited by Pelagoth#5993 on Dec 15, 2024, 5:27:58 AM

I mean, I like the slower paced gameplay, but I think its also fun if you can speed that up and do some crazy stuff later in the game once you built a strong character.
However, even the faster builds with more clearspeed in PoE2 are nothing like the mess we had in PoE1. |

" 200k+ on steam alone, who knows how many on the stand alone client / consoles. Also this is a steadily increasing number. Not bad for a 10 year old game. Last edited by XeonPOE#7768 on Dec 15, 2024, 8:19:52 AM

Getting stronger as you progress is the point.
The only people who should feel dumb are the ones that were crying "game is too hard" right out of the gates without playing it. |

You take that the nerf hammer will not hit again? muhuahuahuahauhua

Are you doing OK bud?

As long as they keep the Campaign challenging, the "endgame" can be cookie clicker for all I care...
I aint looking for a "forever game", I am looking for a good story with engaging gameplay. After that, who cares. |

" RIP GGG then I guess as their entire business model relies on people coming back quarter after quarter for years. |
