this honestly sucks.

yeah i played a comet sorc ... just because my blood mage was a pain in the ass during 3 acts.

and really the comet sorc was fun. it felt like a hack n slay. i liked it.
and obviously many others liked it because it was fun playing.

i see the point in CoF being "overpowered" when the average is dogshit. what i dont see is the intention to set the game on a dogshit level - playability wise.
at least for me this is the eradication of fun!

Maybe i'm part of a minority here and most players like it ultra hard, i honestly doubt that. especially when you see the success of poe1 because of that hack n slay playstyle.

im curious about your playerbase in a few days when you keep up this way...

Does it matter for GGG?

Yes. It really should.

PoE2 EA launch was an amazing success. 570.000 players on Steam alone. Another 500.000 on consoles. (If we go by GGGs own announcement that there are over 1 million redeemed PoE2 EA keys) PoE only has 270k highest player count on steam for comparison.

Those guys wont be coming back if the first impression they get is that the game devs keep taking without giving anything in return. At the bare minimum GGG should give a free respec per every major change/nerf. Its odd they wont because they give them out on PoE whenever a large patch hits so the precedence is there already.

Just like steam PoE stats show that only 50% of steam players have actually killed Brutus. First impressions truly do matter. GGG should care about not upsetting the fresh players that are yet to get hooked into lifetime customers like you and I (assuming here because of your supporter badges).

Does one of the crash fixes fix the one when changing zones where your CPU goes to 100% on all cores and the PC freezes?

Fair would be to just remove the trigger spells at this point. You compleatly destroyed all trigger gameplay with those... What a bullshit move. Maybe think twice next time and test it before rolling shit like this out
