0.1.0d Patch Notes

You have got to be kidding me?! You completely killed Cast on Crit build. It WAS NOT overpowered. Cast on Ailments was. I was fully specced into it on my Passive Tree with a lot of Spirit on my gear. It still wasn't better than just going the stereotypical Monk it was WORSE.

I still played it because it was fun. You COMPLETELY killed it. What the hell? What's the point of the Monk Energy gain ascendancy now? I can't use Cast on Crit to clear anymore. It's completely pointless. Elemental Expression was already trash and now this?!

Crazy. I might just quit...
While I can understand nerfs might be necessary, just please be sure to not do the same mistakes than D4 at launch and make your builds not fun to play.

At the end of the day, slow or not, hard or not, skill or not, ... all that and its reverse can be fine, if the end results is fun.

Cast on freeze was one of the rare build that made the game actually fun to play without feeling like a chore. Maybe that one needed to be nerfed, but don't go on a rampage now nerfing everything that brings fun
My clear skill is dead now, and there are no other cold spells that have a decent clear right now.

And why are there no buffs for the Chronomancer?
Great, I was playing whole week (as much time as I had) and just I've reached lvl 60 and started using cast on crit and spent all my currency on items of the build, you completely ruined it. Now I just can't pass trash mobs, because they won't proc.

I know it's an early access, but we payed money for it. I don't think that this "all or nothing" approach will do any good. Don't be like blizz guys ruining fun in the middle of it.

I was already on the verge of quitting 2 days ago, because when I wanted to reroll my build I went out of gold, because apparently the guide was teaching us to salvage and disenchant items and you don't get enough gold to even reroll half a tree. And gold is not even tradable. I was in the middle of rerolling and had to spend my currency and buy high lvl rare items to sell them to npc to finish my reroll.

Now even that wouldn't help. All the currency I invested in my items I wouldn't be able to sell, because nobody needs them anymore. And also not enough gold to reroll my tree when the prices are increasing with levels. So what should I do with no currency, no items and no gold?

Turtle this campaign 2 times again (2 difficulties) with another character and hope that my build will be bad enough so you wouldn't completely trash it after next 40 hours of struggling in the game?
Can you reduce the cost of cleaning talent points! Research schools have invested a lot of energy and money, and the cost of changing schools after weakening is too high.
Clear 'fuck you' from ggg team ngl

Ye, no thanks ggg another character that got gutted after more than 20 hours of playtime.
What is this are we lab rats for the game.

I get the feeling testing wasnt really what you did at all I mean how is it possible that some spells get so much out of control and others aren't even comparing in the slightest damage wise.

Are you forgettin that you are playing early access and not full version? That's why things get nerfed to the ground, it's to prepare the game for when it gets finished in 6 months minimum.

They never do nerfs like this in regular PoE 1, they do it here because, again, it's a beta basically and we are testers more or less.
Please add an actual trade board like Poe 1 for consoles, the trade website just ain't it.
It seems SRS + Fireball (Wildshards, unleash, fork) had its interaction changed and now every sub-projectile can proc SRS, which makes the serverside lag unbearable against multiple enemies.

Ignore my bad gameplay, i was trying to demonstrate what happens as best i can.

It's so weird to see people upset at the trigger spell nerfs. Like good god people, don't come into a friggin beta test and then get upset when balancing changes happen within the first week.

Also, just a thought, but maybe if you don't want to deal with your build getting nerfed, then you should probably not actively seek out the most blatantly busted mechanic in the game that has the nerf equivalent of a Starcraft nuclear launch target painting laser on it? Like it took me literally ONE use of Elemental Invocation to know that trigger spells were going to get hard nerfed.

The viable builds are minimal. There are a heap of underperforming skills which aren't being buffed. and the ones that are performing are being nerfed. No respec's given, no way to change ascendancies.

The ones effected aren't feeling happy, since they're now trapped, or forced to roll a new character and run through another campaign..
