Why make console port?
Just bumping this thread, to me optimization and end game need a look at / fix.... bumping till we get a fix or at least semi fix or maybe some glue or tape ...

Same issue here on PS5. When too many spell effects are on screen the FPS drops terribly.

Couldn't agree more, suprised they even released this at all..a group of people (probably) tested this out and thought it was alright. 😭 I definitely could've waited longer if there was going to be better optimization

This sounds super concerning :(
Anyone have any tests done with a PS5 Pro? |

+ on this.
Lots of locations has like under 20 fps, which is unplayable for game when one wrong step = death. |
|
Performance isn't great but also this is the exact sort of thing that EA is for.

" I know compareing them to blizzard isnt fair but i just dont get how diablo 4 can run so smooth and this game run so poorly sucks because the core of the game seems of what arpg fans have dreamed about but its just nigh unplayable rn unless you have a 4k$ pc. |
|
" yes maybe for fps issues in a certain map or hitching on a certain boss not 15 fps on all endgame activities..... this isnt alpha they internally tested and thought this was ok. |
|
by act 3 i was never hitting 30 fps...

|
" I mean that's exactly the sort of thing that will get picked up in EA, there will be builds they didn't realize were possible that create way more effects than they planned for, there will be systems that they didn't do enough testing on, etc. The scale of EA is helping them identify this stuff. |
