POE2 - Mouse clicks not registering

Helped me to set no skill for Left Mouse Button. But when it is Galvanic shards - interaction does not work...

And I cannot attack anymore ;/ interaction works, but attack is broken totally.

I had the same issue where I couldn't pickup items, click waypoints or checkpoints etc., and apparently the problem was using "Load Permafrost Bolts" on left mouse button disables clicking/pickup. Haven't checked but assume any "skill switching" gems on LMB could cause this issue.

can you please fix this mouse curser issue.
It is not our sofware that is causing this issue.
In the log in screen if you go to the top left corner to change language, it works fine, but as soon as you move the curser down there becomes this 1 inch gap between the curser and where the curser should be.
Game is unplayable.....

Sept 22 2025 - Just ran into the exact same issue.

For me, it happened when I clicked on the skill description for Spark and selected in the bottom right corner "Always Attack Without Moving".

I unchecked that option and it fixed it.

To note, that skill was set in my first slot (the one also assigned to left mouse click), so maybe it has something to do with spell activation in town...

I was playing like normal on the 25th but starting Saturday when I logged in my mouse stopped working when using my skills. could still move but that was it. When It did respond to inputs rarely it would react like it was responding to all may attempted inputs at one cast my spells even when I afk.

This also seemed to effect my mouse even when I turned off PoE 2. I was able to fix that problem using the fix shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYLqIZNlQ4M&list=LL&index=1

But this didn't fix the problems while trying to play PoE 2. When I changed to my turret build to see if it was just my witch it seems even worse. My witch couldn't use the mouse but I was able to put my skills on the keyboard. But even that didn't work for my Tactician build. Also lag has gotten even worse if that is even possible. While fighting 3 enemies the game drops to single frames and freezes at times and MS jumps to like 150 200

Tried my Ice Strike Monk and it is acting the same as my witch. Mouse buttons don't work but key buttons do. So it seems the shooting and reload skills are having the issue for keyboard not sure why.
