Feels bad man I expect next week for support to slowly come back and maybe them ramping up so the many support mails are processed faster. Waiting a month as well but they got spammed around 6th december so it will porbably take a long time for all pre holiday mails to be resolved. How is that a valid reason. You cant release something and then go on vaccation. Which is why most companies dont release right before they want to do that. Also most companies dont have "holiday breaks" for weeks. Also the main reason why they are spammed with mails is their support system via mail thats probably okay for some onlineshop that sells 2 items a day but not for a game with a player-count like this ... They probably dont even know the most common problems since they cant analyze randomly written mails - also they didnt even have a "email received" reply so ppl probably sent them thousands of extra mails since nothing happens - which is also their fault ... They also brought it to themselves by not even avoiding mass-issues with account linking etc. beforehand.
