Support Email Response Delays
I asked them to merge my Xbox and PoE accounts and bring all my Xbox MTX+points over to my main PC account on Nov 17th, 4 weeks ago, nearly a month ago.
I've already missed two weekend stash tab sales in that time, so i guess i'll just forget about it and be pleasantly surprised when one day in February i wake up to new MTX and extra points. |

Just to manage expectations. I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive an update.
I sent an email regarding my issue on November 25. I received a reply on November 26 from GGG. I wrote a responsible immediately the same day providing them with the transaction ID. I have yet to hear back from them since November 26, which is almost 3 weeks. I absolutely understand and appreciate how busy it must be, however, I do feel that someone who dropped $580 for a Supporter of Wraeclast package should have a little priority when the support needed is regarding the supporter package. That's a lot of money and an unacceptably long time to wait for a small issue that I have, that can be resolved literally in 5-10 minutes. |

anyone get any resolution yet or timelines? still would like to enjoy the game.
I'm part of the magically locked account club, waiting for a reply for a few days now. tried for a refund on steam since I can't access what I paid for but it was denied because too much playtime. | |

4 days wait here so far but seeing people are waiting almost a month (hard to believe) it demoralizes me , I haven't logged in and wont be most likely until I get a response.
