How long is the support response?

Hey!

I'm wondering how long is the support request as of now with poe 2 out. I've been waiting for a reply on my support ticket that I've answered 2 weeks ago, but I have yet to receive an email from the support that would be changing what I asked them to do. How long does it take and should I be replying if I got only an automated message saying :

"We ask that you please refrain from sending follow up emails for your request as this both slows down our ability to process requests and could bump yours back in the queue."

Despite their best efforts, we're currently looking at turn around times that are much longer than expected on new emails, where we'd usually be aiming for responses within the same day, if not the same hour.

If you have submitted a ticket with the Support team, please do not send follow up messages to check on the status of your request, as this can create further delays. Please be assured that if you're waiting for a response from our Support team, they'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
