Sacrificial Heart doesn't drop anymore in Act 3 Normal. Permanently lost 2 skill points.

and I can verify that I have picked up the heart and had dagger and get ZERO interactions at the alter. Its fully bugged

Can confirm if you go back after destroying the heart, just get the dagger and interact with the alter to complete the quest.

this unfortunately doesn't work. I can't get the dagger to re drop

I died once the heart dropped. Once i respawned the item was gone... i tried to farm it again but doenst drop anymore... also i cant interact with the altar without the heart

Can confirm. I also dropped the heart after finishing cruel act 3, went back to aggorat and used the altar as if I had the heart in my inventory.

For the people wondering how to go back to aggorat in the past (because the portal teleports you back to the riverbank) follow this:

1- Go back to act 3 ziggurat town.
2 - Go through the time portal and be spat out onto the riverbank of cruel mode.

3- Right there near the river TP back to town.

4- You should notice it didn't take you back to Clearfell. Instead, you are now back in the old act 3 ziggurat town

5- Walk over to the east side of town. If the Town waypoint is blocked out, you're in the right zone. If not, go through the gateway and repeat steps 1 & 2.


6- Walk down the stairs and go to the drowned city and use the waypoint to tp back to ziggurat encampent (which will be in the past) then use the waypoint and tp to aggorat

*The sacrificial altar is usually located on the leftmost or rightmost side upon entering the area.

Spent my evening trying to gather these points to no avail. I am missing cruel completion. The alter there has no animation. I may have used my normal heart to complete the cruel sacrifice. I carried a heart around for a long time. Normal map is showing complete cruel is showing incomplete. Cleared the zones a few times trying to get the heart to drop, no luck. Looking forward to this being fixed/refined.

Bugged for me too, stuck at 22/24. Cant complete on cruel, cant get heart or dagger to drop fully clearing Utzaal and Aggorat and cant click on alter at all. There is no fix

spend more hours on this th the entire campain ! fix this ! asap
