Twitch Drops

any updates? same issue. i sent an email but am waiting for a response. it's a microtransaction so they should resolve it or give refunds.

Same Issue here. The one linked to twitch has the list of drops I've claimed, and the other account shows my coins in game. But my twitch drops aren't showing therefore making me believe that the other account with the coins has my drops. Logged into that account and nothing happens. Don't know how any of this is happening.

Im assuming there's no fix to this yet? one of the drops went to the "wrong account" even though they're all linked....This is so dumb...why is this even a thing lol. if you link accounts shouldn't it just turn into 1 account?

same issue. everything claimed, everything linked. still nothing from twitch drops. if this is happening on a massive scale ggg should do SOMETHING - and by SOMETHING i dont mean rolling out NEW DROPS-which is happening right now holy fun.

I have the same problem. I have two accounts for whatever reason, so I unlinked and linked Twitch to the account where my character currently is. I don't want to create a new character on my second (Main? Original?) account where the drop originally went. My character and tabs are on one account and the drops are on another one and no matter how many times I unlinked/linked Twitch, they won't end up all together in one place.

Same issue as everyone else. Made a Steam account to try POE1 which I bounced off of and never went back to. Created an account for POE2 on my Playstation. They're different for some reason, but looking at the forum that reason has persisted for years, so whatever.

My Twitch drops clearly show linked to the PSN account. They show linked to that account. Nothing. Nada.

So then I go to the Character Select screen and see I can press R-stick to see the account list. Selecting anything there has frozen me on the character select screen and completely locked me out of my created characters. Fuck.

Same Prob here... hope thats someone gets an answer from a supp.

I won the Twitch drops, my game is linked, and items claimed, still nothin in microtransactions cosmetics.
