Twitch Drops

Hi, I won the Twitch drops, my game is linked, and items claimed, still nothin in microtransactions cosmetics.

Account ID VxWorx#4380, However in game I see BadBlueDart#0902 which is the Twitch linked game account. Could this be why I haven't seen anything in came??

Yep you made 2 accounts so the drop went to the one linked to Twitch.

Apparently, you can go to your second account on POE.com and link the same Twitch account for both (someone else was saying he did that).

Thanks, but I never created two POE accounts, I tried to look at POE.com and it just has my same POE account

You said yourself you have VxWorx#4380 and BadBlueDart#0902. This means you have 2 subaccounts that you can switch.

Same boat here. I sent the email to support@grindinggear.com on Friday after realizing I had an older account from 2015 that was accidentally linked to Twitch where all 3 drops ended up. The email came back as undeliverable yesterday with this extra note:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that time, your message will be delivered.

So yeah. Second email sent yesterday and hoping it goes through. Both of my POE accounts are linked to each other here and the correct account is linked to Twitch now but that didn't work.

Have the same issue here. Somehow I have 3 PoE accounts. Twitch drops did not go to the account for PoE2.

Have linked/unlinked Twitch etc but no dice.

Wonder if there's any way to merge these 3 accounts at all.

I'm having the same problem but after disconnect from Twitch i got the message
"Unable to verify the connection to your Twitch account. If you keep seeing this message you may need to re-link your account."
at the POE webiste
There is no re-link option at Twitch. I just have 1 account since ever.

I've solved my problem.
Who are struggling to get the drops just go to MANAGE ACCOUNT on main POE site and try to unsync the Twitch account and sync back in.
Maybe will correct the bug and transfer the drop to your main account

Same problem as everyone here.
The site made me a new account when i connected the twitch acc.
So the drop is on my blank account withouth POE2.
I change the twitch connect with my correct acc, and try to disinc everything, nothing happens.
Try to go on twitch drops and desync there two, nothing happens. dont know why this is happen.

I think mine may have been in the same situation, wrong account wrong drops, im hoping the devs can solve this issue, especially since when i made this account i linked twitch and everything to it.
