Addressing your Early Access Post-launch Feedback

Regal orbs are insanely rare, to the point where 40% of 0% is still 0%
Loving the game so far thank you
This is the first time playing PoE at all, and I have to say i love it so far. Went with Mercenary and have had a blast! Currently at lvl 24 after alot of hours ingame solo. Exp is slow but in my opionion its perfect, and the drops have been just enough to keep the grind feeling alive. I read that you intend to increase the droprates a bit, please dont! If exp and items are easier to get the whole feeling of progression will be lost. Its good that you cant overkill every mob and just speedrun to the end. It should be a journey to get there!

One thing that bothers me thou is the amount of effect clutter in towns when there are many players around.

Keep up the good work and thanks for an awesome gamingexperience so far!
Thanks for the notes and changes. I hope the dev team will be careful with increasing drop rates. For me it felt fine so far, though I'd wish to have had more orbs for upgrading from magic to rare gear, adding rare modifiers and adding rune slots, but I managed the content so far (I'm in the middle of act 2 first playthrough).

I really enjoy the difficulty of the fights. It's challenging at times but I had the tools to overcome that challenge.
Yo I didn't even know GCP was in this game haha
Great job guys. Love the improvements. I’m not sure if this is a bug but upon killing the Act 1 boss, I died as well, yet the quest was completed. Upon going back down to the arena from the checkpoint above, there was not a single drop.

I didnt mind getting trapped by monsters much. It simply feels like each class should have a movement skill(and all movement skills should have a CD!) to get out of bad positioning. In such a case, getting trapped when your movement skill is on CD feels expected and feels like a misplay. Currently, it just like wtf am i supposed to do?

As for campaign loot, I enjoy the scarcity compared to poe1. However, "rare" (yellow) chests should have a rare, yellow drop, or at least a slightly rare currency item.
Huge fan of these changes. I think this addresses some of the core issues players are experiencing right now without going heavily into changing skills or monsters allowing us time to see if we can solve those problems ourselves with more experience.
To be honest I'm quite disappointed.

So far I've been absolutely loving PoE2. And part of the reason has been the difficulty. And most of what I'm reading in your announcement is "we've listened to whiners missing the easiness of PoE1 and put it back".

Maybe I'm a bit harshed or biased but doing so little damage has pushed me looking at the game differently.
Taking 30 seconds to kill a normal enemy made me review my skills and tree countless times already.
I'm rearranging my support gems every time I encounter a unique boss fight.
It's so much more than a regular "point and click" compared to PoE1.

Of course I've been blocked by monsters. And of course it's made me frustrated. But it's also made me look at the actual game. And not just the minimal and where to go next.

I value death much more and it's made me approach enemies with so much care. I'm so relieved every time I find a checkpoint. But without challenge, I won't get relieved will I.
I love games such as Serious Sam where I just press forward and shoot. But if you bump the difficulty a little, it becomes a completely different game. And that difficulty is the one I come back to in the long run because I don't want to finish the same game again in 2 hours.
You're already talking so much about maps and endgame for your patch. So surely people manage, still.

I'm level 38 and I still have magic items on my character. Of course it feels weird compared to PoE1. But it's actually made me start looking at what the shops offer for once. Most of the items are magic ones too. But some are still better than mine.
I won't need to look at shops anymore if drops improve. And they will become useless again.

In general, I feel like the game has been very well calibrated in most regards. Apart from broken skills and combos of course which is insanely difficult on the developer part with a skill tree of 1500 nodes.
Maybe the changes won't affect the game that much in the end. But I seriously hope that's the case and it stays there.
Cool thanks :)
