POE2 cant attack or use abilites

Issue still persistent in 0.1.1d. Every time I load into a new map I have to rebind my left and right mouse buttons. This happens every time I get a loading screen.

Also I have died and coming back to life I see that skills also say no mana, but my mana bar is full?????

Same Ascendancy

Still having the same issue after 0.1.1e. Skills still won't activate in hotbar after going through any loading screen. here is another video of one the bug in action right after the patch.
