Had a reply January 28th, responded, have not heard back. Officially over 2 months wait.

Weekly update, have not had any response. Apparently if you even try to reply it will put you back at the beginning of the que? Have lost most faith in this support.

STILL waiting... had sent a another reply about a week ago, imagine that reset me in the "que". This is actually ridiculous.
