Aim Assist is on by default for keyboard and mouse, no way to turn it off

Even with a controller, aiming is terrible.
We have a second analog stick, why can't I aim with it?

It can't be that my lightning arrow ranger sometimes targets this, then that, then another enemy, but never the rare mob that is standing on my feet and almost killing me with every hit.

Or my mercenary, as well as my poison ranger, the poison/gas cloud is shot in one direction, but the subsequent explosion goes in the opposite direction despite trying to aim with the right stick.

Sometimes the character turns around when activating a skill and shoots away from the enemy, even despite aiming with the right stick.

my crossbow bolts always misses the mob in front of me because the auto aim is locked on another ennemy located in another room
