Aim Assist is on by default for keyboard and mouse, no way to turn it off

I played today on Monk with Templest Bell
It is wild how bad the aim assist is

Trying to hit Tempest Bell is often extremely frustrating for exactly this reason. Game basically ignores where I'm aiming to hit something else entirely, sometimes literally in the opposite direction. I'd like to be able to turn this off.

Makes temple bell feel terrible.

+1 Died twice in a row in maps because Ice Strike would always jump me to a mob instead of hitting the bell no matter where I clicked. Tempest Bell needs to be counted for autotargeting.
