2 Steam accounts / wrong account got the points?

I have 2 Accounts (not sure why, probably my PoE1 account is linked to my "new" PoE2 Account)
So far its all good, i did buy the early access but the points landed on the account im not playing with. I did buy stash stabs on this website and the Account i play with didnt got them. Has been 2 Days now. When i swap accounts ingame i cant play my character anymore. I recall that i linked/merged them a while ago. How can i use the points and the stashtab now for the Account im playing with? Lovely game ♥ Last bumped on Dec 15, 2024, 4:29:28 PM

Im at the same situation, i purchased 2nd tier pack via steam and somehow points and content went to the other subaccount which i did not use ever. Hope they will help, already sent email :(

Same for me..i mailed to the support and they say can't do nothing...how is this possibile? Not for a my misstake i must lose about 30 euro?

I had the same issue. I bought it on Steam to play on Steam and now I can’t get the points. I wrote on Saturday to the emailed mentioned but I have not heard anything yet. When can ww expect to hear back from support regarding this?

I have the same issue and they won't even reply to my email. There are many posts on this topic, so clearly many of us are having the same. This needs fixed... we paid for the support pack and can't use the points we paid for! FIX IT!
