Maybe you're the one who lacks attention span since you can't handle a faster pace.

Do you even understand the words you're using and what attention span is?
Children have short attention spans and cannot focus on things that aren't jumping or making sounds all the time. Having longer attention span is required to be able to focus on slower, more methodical gameplay that requires you to analyze, think and improve based on that instead of looking at colorful explosions and fancy loot.

Definitely not part of it. PoE2 is probably the best ARPG released and the true successor to Diablo 2. But I expected a lot of salt from posters because they can't go zoom, zoom anymore

If I’m not mistaken PoE changed over time into what it is today. It was harder and slower paced so you may one day be on the other side of this and it likely won’t be as funny.

You messed up the quote - I didn't say that.

And no, you're not mistaken - PoE1 used to be way different. A lot of people did not like the way it changed over the years and they quit, waiting for change to come.
I'm one of these people. And now that we actually got something that we can play with there are tons of people who suggest that this new thing should be changed into something that already exists.

And I'm worried that GGG may cave under this and make yet another PoE1 and we'll be left with nothing... again.

game is to slow. mainly the main char, very sluggish base move and attack speed, no movement skill.
im still enjoying it trying to get over the 20% stupid part of the game, meaning to slow, and in some cases way to OP enemy, but overall the game is great....but the slowness and OPneess makes that 'great'...just 'good'...it becomes boring, and sometimees if not from slownes, way to absurdly OP from the randomly inserted high dmg numbers on the enemy.
