Cannot Open Gemcutting Panel on Xbox

This is seriously not in the game yet? What. Please add this in 0.5, come on GGG.

Also maybe only important for new players during leveling but if the gem you use to open the menu is high enough to cut the gem, it doesn't tell you the min level you need to cut the gem. This is important early in campaign where we might have different levels of gems and they are still a scarce resource.

Wild to me that the issues presented in this bug report are "intended."
