I found a way to sync the filter.
You need to have access to POE 2 on the PC (I know this is shit). Add the filter of your choice to your POE 2 profile, open the game on your PC and select the filter. When you go back to the console the filter will be there.
I play on the Xbox Series S, I can't know if it will be like this on the Playstation, but it worked for me.
It's still shitty and frustrating, I hope they resolve this as soon as possible.
EDIT: it seems very unstable. When you are in the console and you have already synced the filter, DO NOT CLICK ON THE FILTER WINDOW, because it will reset and you will have to do it all over again.
Can you acces poe on PC without buying second EA access for 30$?

That shows how lazy GGG are. Filters are there and working but it requires like 1 hour of junior programmer to add simple code that lets download them from xbox game menu. xd

Yea i made that, sync filter by using pc, return to console and nothing happened.. how it works? Did u check settings on console before test?

Yea the guy is using a PC character to add the filter in his account and then it somehow stays active for his console account. You would have to buy a PC key aswell to do that
