POE2 "unexpected disconnect"
Same here when i got a loading screen.. more often when im entering an instance i get disconnected and lost the map..in maps augury don't work for me and blackwood too.. and i just lost an expedition logbook from an unexpected disconnection

Has anyone found an update to this? I can no longer play for more than 2-4 minutes with patch version 0.1.0e: There are massive lags, I am thrown back to the login screen every few minutes.
In the days after the release I was able to play wonderfully, I never once had the message “unexpected disconnection occurred”. I tried to turn down the graphics options to very low values, but this doesn't seem to work. With the frame overlay, I keep seeing spikes in Network. " Before patch I "solve" this problem using a VPN, now is not working any more for me, but maybe you will be more lucky |

ssame problem, same context (has occurred since the most recent patch i think).
Near constant disconnects when: -logging in -selecting character to load in -Transition between maps. So If im trying to portal back to base and back I have to have 3 events in a row go smoothly (1. login; 2. select character 3.successfully take portal). Means its 5-10 minutes to get back to base. Then i have to get back again. |

When purchasing the game or having it gifted to you, please check your email(s).
You should get one from Steam as well as from Path of Exile. Open the Path of Exile email. There will be a line within the email that looks like the following: Your early access status and any associated keys can be viewed here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access Follow that link and once logged in you will see a section on the site that says: Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key Third Party Key: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX Take that Steam Client Key and Activate that key within your steam client by clicking 'Games' up at the top banner and then clicking on 'Activate a Product on Steam...' Copy and paste the key in there and it should say Successfully activate key (something along those lines, didn't screenshot that) Start your game up and if our Unexpected Disconnection error was similar to one another, this should work. I've been trying to figure this out for over 24hrs.. Hope this helps someone I'm going to go enjoy the game now ;) |

" This has nothing to do with the unexpected disconnections I've experienced since launch, and didn't solve the problem. Still waiting for tech support in the tech support forum...not the best customer service for early access supporters. |

I'm having the same issues. I will play without the lag issue others have, but after a few minutes, I will freeze for 1 second and get sent to the "unexpected disconnect" at the main menu. Because Trials of Chaos does not save your progress, unlike the Trials of Sekhemas, I can not progress with finishing the Trials of Chaos and getting my Ascendancy points. It is frustrating and I have done just about everything to try and get rid of this.

Ok so after getting email "support" a week or so ago, saying basically:
"We don't offer support via email because we don't have any staff hired to deal with it. Use our forum for support." I got this "support" today via pm: "I've gone ahead and moved a post you made to a more appropriate sub-forum. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@grindinggear.com and we'll be happy to discuss them." Email support tells me to ask in the tech forum, tech forum moves my post and tells me to contact email support. And even though I'm still not able to play I get 0 support.
