Same issue. Act 3 seems to be the worst offender for me personally but all load times are insane considering my hardware.

Same here. Exactly as described by everyone else. Music and minimap load and if in town I can hear other characters moving around. I can start moving around my character while the gears are still turning, but it sometimes takes another 10-15 seconds of spinning gears before the area loads and is visible.

Happening to me aswell, i7-9700k and a 6700xt here. Also installed on an SSD with 32gb of ram so I don't think its a performance issue.
