PoE2: Ascent to power quest bugged (Cruel act 2)

Did a full sweep of Traitor's passage twice, killed balabala and the quest does not progress. i did 2 full floors of sanctum and the ascendancy altar was not interactable. i'm locked out from my third ascendancy.

same for me. quest didnt continue when kill boss on traitors passage

same it will have breaking the tie-downs as a objective but dosnt update after that and dosnt drop the quest item

i read somewhere that to get ascendancy point 3-4 you have to do floors 3-4 not 2 and the item drops from random mobs
