Path of Exile 2 Missing Ascendancy points

Hello,
I recently completed one of the trials for ascendancy points for the second time. Apparently once you leave through a portal, you cannot go back. I just wanted to sell some items and come back for the other loot I got but couldn't and I guess I didn't collect me ascendancy points for completing the trial. This character would then be missing 2 ascendancy points forever? Is there anyway to get those 2 missing points? Thanks for you help. Last bumped on Dec 30, 2024, 1:25:43 PM

The same thing happened to me, and I ask myself the same question, are these ascension points lost forever? that would be really stupid as you are not warned if you use your portal to go to the town once you have beaten the boss.

I am not 100% that this information is correct, but from this YouTube video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfnttM6uTAg at 8:02, it mentions the requirements for the ascendancy points. It looks like I didn't miss out on the points (allegedly) because only specific coins provide the points. As I progress I will come back if I managed to get the points, but it would seem that I didn't miss the points.

Ended up doing the same thing. They should just put the altar thing on the outside to grab them if you forgot because after completing another lvl 52 trail the altar was glowing at the end like i could collect the points but it was not able to be interacted with.

Why is this bug still not fixed yet?! Simply could be an item for ascendancy.

I forgot to take the points on my second ascendancy... I'm pretty sad and i don't even know if i can get them again or if I should restart anew.

If you teleport out to empty your bag, you have to use a waypoint to get back to the trial. Upon entering the trial room, click on the altar thing where you put your relics and token and they will still be there. The bottom button should still be clickable and you enter where you left off.
