Online account only showing POE1

I'm logged in to my account and can see my POE2 purchases, but it only shows my POE1 character. When I go to switch characters, it doesn't show my POE2 character. I'm trying to buy guild bank tabs and can't because I can't switch to my POE2 character. Is anyone else having this issue when logging in to the website or have a workaround? Thank you.

Same here, can't see anything PoE2 related and ingame i'm not seeing the 300 coins i should have - though some ppl said that is just a visual bug. We'll see when i'll need more tabs. Oh yeah, also don't have my tabs from PoE1.

If you don't have your tabs from POE1 then you are most probably login into the wrong account. Are you usually playing POE1 using Steam?

Thank you for the reply, I'm logged in using steam which is also associated with my POE1 account.

Then I think you are log to POE2 using a email/password connection but using this method you are on the wrong account (so no Stash) because usually you are using Steam login creds instead (where you got your stash).

So basically some people have 2 accounts on the website (not linked correctly after using Steam instead of the standalone) kinda using the same email, 1 account using email/password and 1 connecting through Steam creds.

If you try to connect using both of these methods you will probably have 2 different accounts. Check:

You should get all your previous microtransaction purchases on one of the accounts.

And I believe: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access
You should see your access here (if not in the transaction tab, can't check because I don't have EA yet myself).

The web site isn't showing PoE2 characters yet. They'll get it working, but they had other priorities this weekend (including getting the web site back up after it crashed a few times) so it might be a minute.

Every PSN user as it appears having the same issue and it has been like this since day1....Instead of complaining that we email support fix this issue . only POE1 account showing up to me as well and not my main account.Anyone found a solution to this matter?

Was so Fullish from them having 1 website for 2 different games...I guess the figure it out by now...To many complains to handle and a lot of people pissed

I have been trying to connect my psn account to steam with no luck. Says can’t connect two accounts with same log in method.
