Act 3: Troubled Camp's for Infested Barrens & Jungle Ruins are both not updating/triggering events

Same problem here, I was pretty sure i had cleared this event the first time I went thru. When i went back and did it again, it just wouldnt finish...then i found this guy just outside the camp...on a cliff...where i cant reach or get to...

Trouble Camp bugged. "Explorer" NPC standing in camp nameless, untargetable. Unable to select him to start the event to update the map. The trade NPC I can interact with, but I cannot with the "Explorer".

Same for me! Trouble Camp is bugged and appears on the map like I did not interact with it even after clearing the mobs and speaking to the vendors. Thanks for posting!

+1, same here. not mad for clearing it two times, the trader NPC gave me the best gloves ever... but not updating.

Bump. I am also experiencing this issue. I cleared both Troubled Camps in the Infested Barrens and the Jungle Ruins. Both are not updating properly on my POIs to show as completed (greyed out).
