POE2 can't access the map device

Try opening a map in the refuge first.

Can't even interact with the map device in the refuge. Even tried killing Doryani again to maybe somehow move the quest along or something, didn't change anything.

Bumping this, character is still stuck without an interactable map device in either the ziggurat refuge or a hideout even after realm restart for the patch. Literally cannot continue into the endgame.

Edit: I'm on PC

After the patch i cant interact with the map device on PS5, please fix it!!!

Cant interact with the map in the refuge too. Im stuck i cant play endgame. I dont even hace the ENDGAME button.

Please, before the patch it was ok, now i cant enter the map and continue the endgame.

Playing in PS5.

After the patch i changed from SSF to normal league and now i cant interact with the map.

I tried everything, change servers, change location, create new instance but i cant press the map device.

I also can't use the map device after migrating from SSF to Standard league, I made a thread here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3698673/page/1

Also the portal that allows you to go to the past and future seems to not work, when I go near it, it just doesn't turn on but I can see other players going in/out of it

found a solution from the official poe discord:

To get your map device working again, you'll need to take the following steps:

1. Create a new character in Solo Self-Found (SSF) mode.
2. Migrate all your characters from SSF to the non-SSF league.
3. After migrating, your map device should become operational.

So move your character out of the game mode you want to play in order to fix it? That sounds like an awful fix
