same issue , rushed to maps sitting on some really good loot , and its gonna be useless in a few days hope this gets fixed i love trade and seeing people sitting at 80-150 ex from trading already cause half the player base cant post so they are the only option to buy from is killing me . ty

Same issue, nothing I've tried seems to affect it. Some accounts are just stuck offline and can't sell.
