You couldn't respec bandits at first either the vendor recipe to do that came 2 years after the quest was introduced with the 1.0.1 patch which was a month after the full release even. That meant all thru closed and open beta it just wasn't an option. Like I'm sure it will be added at some point but they have more things to worry about right now than some ppl regretting a choice they made cause it's not optimal for their build.

This definitely needs a respecc.
Yes, GGG you want everything punishing and stuff but something must be changable like this (else you'd make the medallion also fixed) need to be changeable. Make it with a quest item in the story or whatever so it's annoying but let us switch the draught.

+1 Nothing build related other than class/ascendancy should be permanent during the leveling process, especially since its not explicitly stated the choice can't be changed.
