The item description says that can be exchanged with Oswald in Ziggurat encampment, but he does not take the two.

Quite a lot of people stumbling into this now.

Act 3 Town is not longer accessible by any means.
Going through the time portal will not move you to the town, but it will force you into act 4 where you cannot even portal out and have to repeat the first zone.

Found it hard way right now :(

Had the same bug, unfortunate.

Temporary workaround is as follows:

1. Port to the waypoint "The Drowned City (Present)" - Located slightly under and to the right of Ziggurat Encampment.
2. Enter "Ziggurat Encampment", located very close to the waypoint, for me it was upwards to the left but might vary if layout affect this.

Found out, you can just teleport to act 3 and sell it there.

You cant go back in the time in normal difficulty. The go to cruel quest do not completed after went over.
So i cant go to grind better gear beck to the time.

Same issue here. Man they gotta fix these bugs that are so simple just from playing the game to see.
