[Act 3] River Hags are overtuned
You mean you don't like being slowed by 90% and then die instantly?

" You dont die instantly. You only die if you stand in them for several seconds. Which even on melee a simple dodge or ... running away from an orb can solve. If we are going to leave feedback at least have it be reasonable. Theres no need to clog the forums up with this nonsense for actual pressing issues. |

" I'll have to disagree. I'm a warrior, mainly EQ and Slender. I rarely get close or trapped by mobs. In fact I do almost all maps 100% without dying at the exception of the river hags. They are clearly overtuned. And it has been presented here objectively. (I used the anti-slow charm, can't rely on it to survive with so many bubbles) Not everyone enjoy the hit and run play style. I also agree with one comment stating that the fact that it's a insta kill should be better conveyed. I think that most of us genuinely died to their bubbles before even understanding what happened to us, because they particularly stand out to all other mobs found until now. So much so that I was curious to see if it was just me that found them "out of place" and I'm taking a break from the game to write this. First time since I started playing POE2. +1
I was getting swarmed by mobs & bubbles as a warrior, so I used Leap slam to get away... only to get slowed & drowned midair during the leap. Sure, my cold res was "only" +30%. So yea, might be something to tune down. :P |

Try fighting one with regeneration and molten shell. With 2 blue hag friends. 20 Minutes. Worst boss. (Yes I fought that stupid hag out of spite, don't judge me.)

" Yea I play EQ and I just dont have this issue. ... I just move from the orbs or kill the mob and they disapear. The counter play is to not stand in the orbs. Bad = dont stand in This concept is ... kinda basic POE gameplay loop. So if you dont want to do that then I am unsure what to say. |

" Man you can't just insist on suggesting people are dumb. Because that's what I understand from what you keep writing. We're not dumb. Maybe just for once consider it that people may have a harder time than you. Different skill level, different situations, different combinations of multiple factors. There are many things that play a role and such a foolish elitist comment isn't helping anyone. My Hideout -> https://hideoutshowcase.com/hideout/show/2881 (PoE1)

" I never said that. " Explain how... not standing in something, or killing the mobs casting them, which is the direct counter(s) to your issues, an elitism comment? Things you are not supposed to stand in... is a staple of this game and its previous version as well (POE1) so ... Yea I am at a loss here. Best of luck though! |

" You actually did. And you reiterated here : " Obviously we are not "standing" around the bubbles.... And for the records once I died twice I got my lesson, I cleared the entire map (with elites) without dying again. And to be honest, I doubt that any player that made it that far in the game has "skill" issues or can't understand the basics of the game.... That doesn't remove the fact that they are overtuned. From all the mobs in the map, your brain focuses on only them as being lethal and you adapt your gameplay in consequence. That's an issue imo. It has also been clearly said and suggested that it all depends on the context. A River hag elite with two other river hags and a build that is not "hit and run" is enough to get you unfairly caught in one of the bubbles, especially with skills like Slender that literally take 3 second to execute each. |

Or just reduce the slow, so I can move out of it or clear mobs more easily.
