Stash Tabs claimed via Steam are "Remove Only" when switching to PS5.

Could be worse: I can get in and play the game on PS5, but no points or MTX from the $99 pack I purchased, nor do I see any of my PoE1 purchases or coins (also made on Ps5).
... and GGG hasn't bothered to reply to my support ticket email for 5 days now. I'm out $99 with nothing to show for it and can't refund/chargeback or I'm banned from PSN. Thanks for nothing, GGG. |

It does appear there is now an in game issue where MTX points are not showing up for the PS5 store as I am getting exactly the same thing now as well, the points show up on this website just not in game, where as they were working just fine last week when I purchased my stash tab bundle.

Just have to chime in and say this feels very misleading on the promise of cross progression/cross play. Marketing before early access and merging the accounts strongly gave the impression that mtx would be available on both platforms. Even if future purchases need to be made separately, the players should be made whole by granting parity between platforms. Been trying to wait patiently for a fix but it's looking now like that is never coming based on the GGG reply in this thread. Unfortunately really cools my enthusiasm for this whole concept.

There should be an disclaimer to tell people that buying stuff on PS5 is not going to work on any other platform.
I really feel financially harmed in this transaction. |

I tried buying both, but which ones are shared keep changing. I have more on PC than PS5. Its just irritating to play on PS5 due to stashes.
I just decided to go back to POE1 instead. I havent played it much in years so settlers is new to me. Looks like its the final league. It would be nice if they released a final offline version where you could select any previous league as a starting option in case the company folds. |

GGG absolutely HAS to get to grips and work properly with Sony to either:
1. Introduce MTX parity between platforms Or 2. Create a refund process that actually works. I foolishly decided to invest in PoE and GGG, and after a month or so of being sat in a support queue, basically feel as though I've been fleeced. |

Makes no sense at all. It's just a huge waste of money having to buy the same tabs two times. If I knew it would be this way, I would just have bought PoE 2 on Steam and not on PS5 too. |
