POE 2 - Life Leech Rune not Working

Hope they fix it soon

They supposedly addressed this in the latest patch but as far as I can tell it still isn't working. I've stacked leech in my tree on acoloyte tree, weapon, armor. No matter what I do it isn't working. I've even stacked as much physical damage as I could to see and nothing.

I heard this was fixed, and the chatter seems to have slowed / stopped. Does anyone know if it really is fixed now?

I started playing around with life leech and can't even tell if it's doing anything.

I think I have about 9% phys leech on gear and am speced for about +40% more from tree passives. Hitting with doulbe 2H maces all physical dmg. Seems like I should at least be able to notice it.

I have 19.21 phys mana leech +5 from skill gem 24.21 before the 29% increased mana leech from gems and honestly I still go oom instantly and regen from normal bow attacks literally makes no difference it just goes up at the same rate where I attack or not ngl really disappointing.

I have over 20% life leech plus 70% bonus leech from skill tree and in Lachlan area I heal 1 hp over 5 seconds with rapid fire? Please fix. Mobs cannot possibly have resistance to over 50% leech in just act 1 cruel already.

Still bugged.

No leech with crossbows + passives + leech skill gem.

Rapid fire? do you mean rapid shot? That converts your damage to fire damage. i think leech only works on physical damage.
