POE2 Can't login to specific character

anyone discover a fix? this just happened to me after dieing in a tier 1 map with breach. After dieing, I could not connect to an instance anymore and now I get "An unexpected disconnection occured" when trying to log in with my character

This just happened to me, can't login into my Deadeye, but can log in to a new character I just made....

same here had problems from day 1.

I've tried reinstalling, logging in on ps5 instead of PC, nothing works.... help :(

Just wanting to add I'm having this same issue with a character that crashed while in The Black Chambers. It was just a random crash to desktop. When I tried to log back into that character, I get the loading screen, and it loads for a few seconds and crashed back to desktop.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

i have 2 chars try to enter chimeral wetlands, both my game crash in the loading screen, both chars actually unplayable :(

Also having the same issue.

Was in the middle of my Trial of Chaos for my second ascendency points after completing Act 3 and game crashed randomly for the first time in 30 hours. Now I'm unable to log back in and my character is lost to the Trial of Chaos.

I understand it's early access but with all the people losing characters in this thread, it seems like it should be a top priority to get this fixed...

+1 also happening on my sorc. Afk'd on the steam client, came back and was on the log in screen. didn't log in there but booted it on ps5 and could select my sorc without getting the disconnection message.

returned to my PC and also cannot select my sorc without it getting disconnected.

can make new characters, play other characters..
