Fps issues with prety good specs.

Pretty weird. A friend of mine is playing in a lower specs PC and it runs pretty well on high settings. Can you list us your complete settings?

Yes i know that, thats why it doesnt make any sence to me, at these point i am thinging going to a tecnician to help me ..

i have tryed allmost any combo of settings the highest i get is 30 fps lowest 15...

Just tested on my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with 5800H and RTX3070 140w and I'm getting 100+ FPS on 2560x1600 with DLSS/Balanced. Something is wrong on your end.

I asume it is in my end too, bat what?any ideas?

I want to update the situation.It seems that my CPU is overheating so thats why my fps are so low.

Seems though thats not normal?I dont know many stuff on that matter bat that thing might be some issue ?

I owned a Razer with a 2070 (1080p screen) until recently and had performance issues too. At times upgrading to the newest drivers would massively tank FPS in POE1, so I went back to older ones.

Playing now on a Legion 7 w. 3070m and 5800H and getting smooth 75-100 FPS at 1440p

If you are able, looking to clean the fans might help with thermals.

now that i clean the fans when the when i get in a zone, until shader is load i have like 50-60 fps when its load it goes to 80-110 fps and then when i play and mobs are a lot and my abilitys lots too drops to 40-50 fps and if i got a lvl at this time it goes to 20-30 fps.so i tryed experiment with shader getting it at 100 gb , 10 gb and default doesnt seem to work.Now on maps with opening strongboxes doing delirium etc the game is umplayable...i am so disapointed especially cause i dont know wtf is going on.. desperate to say the least..
