I don't think it directly says it but I remember when changing act in the bottom where is shows the name of the zone I saw during act 2 cruel "-40% penalty", but like I said in another thread it should be better indicated in the character screen with a tooltip on the res to show -X% penalty and +Y% bonus from campaign.

Nothing visual or indicator to show my Lightning Resist has increased +10 permanently. Have not done it during first group outing 3 days ago.
Returned 5mins ago to clear Spires of Deshar - Sisters of Garukhan.

Map Icon is now greyed out, but like I said, no narration, text or indicator saying I have received +10 Lightning Resist.

Where's source for -10% to all resistance types from A2-A6 (cruel)? poewiki..hmm, shouldn't it be -50% A2,3,4,5,6 if it's -10% per Act, assuming source accuracy.

This seems bugged, first visit and nothing happens, just cleared the area, rechecked 3 times and still nothing :c

edit: also icon is greyed out now, but no resistance was given, just what I have equipped.

You're supposed to get lightning resistance from those? Never had that happen for all three characters I got through acts...

Just finished the map. Still relevant :\

You need to do the Fallen Dekhara in Deshar location where you find the Final Letter quest item. Then you get it automatically after, if done everything else before.
