This is also my issue, linked xbox and steam account. purchase is on xbox and now my characters are gone,

This happened to me as well but I found a workaround because, as someone already stated, it's just switching accounts. Create a character, load onto the beach and then exit to character select. Then there should be an option (PS5 it's in the top left, press down the right analog button) to toggle between accounts. Can confirm this worked as of today.

Mine disappeared without me doing anything, no sync no nothing. I always played on PC, played on the same day just fine, and later in the evening when logging in, poof, my 46 sorceress is gone. Other characters are there. It probably corrupted somehow. I was teleporting around in (act 3 spoilers)

Hopefully we can get some help. Please someone that has the authority to, elevate this to the developers as it's of the upmost importance of bugs. |

The right analog stick workaround worked for me.

Dang, I tried the right analog stick method, and that didn't work. I'd hate to buy another access key for PC to see if my character is on the other account, and I'm afraid it won't work either. Does anyone else have any other thoughts or a way to contact support for this, properly? I'm pulling my hair out lol
