unfortunately the game is crashing when entering new areas, causing me to force shut down my computer

Can you please hotfix the complete PC freeze when in loading screen? Seems to be an issue caused by 24H2 Windows update and AMD CPUs.

" Just leave party when in town, zone, invite to part, teleport to instance. It's a few extra steps but has worked consistently for us so far. |

I'm still getting the bug where sometimes when on a loading screen the game just freezes and you have to fully reset your computer to escape it. Can't really justify playing until that is dealt with, naturally. Hopefully that gets tracked down soon.

When you will fix the problem of account locked by login on another location? I cannot play since yesterday as i am not receiving the e-mail to unlock my account. Cannot you just turn off this "feature" of two factor that no one asked?

I have a big optimization problem, the game crashes and takes me straight to the desktop without any warning. I tried changing from directx 12 to vulkan but the same problem. And basically the game has a lot of dropframes.
