Moving character/points between accounts

Same issue already emailed and no response for 5 days.
they arent responding to anything i think they went on vacation my account has been locked while i was in the middle of a map a few days ago my only option to play now is buy another early access and hope it doesnt get locked out. They need to get the ball rolling on these issues for people or their game gonna take a dive


Everything is the same, I sent a request to the technical support email, a week ago, still no answer.
Did anyone get their accounts resolved? i am also having same issue where points are going to wrong account.
